Upper body flow workout


Release tension & stress with this upper body flow! Out shoulder, neck, pain!⁠⠀Time to get up, get moving, and make it a great week with a quick mobility flow! ⁠⠀
Most of our offices look a little different nowadays! 🏡 Sitting in different positions that might be less than ergonomic can take a toll on our bodies! Give these movements a go to open up your upper body, release tension and stress, and ✨feel better✨ throughout your day!⁠⠀⁠⠀
Shoulder, T-Spine, and Lateral Body Mobility⁠⠀

1️⃣ Cat Cow⁠⠀

2️⃣ Quadruped T-Spine Rotation⁠⠀

3️⃣ Thread the Needle⁠⠀

4️⃣ Scapular Rotations ⁠⠀

5️⃣ Lateral Body Stretch Sit Back⁠⠀

✅ Finisher
*️⃣ Aim for 3 to 5 reps of each and repeat for 2 to 3 rounds.⁠⠀
*️⃣ Two times through for me was about seven minutes. Take your time enjoy and appreciate each moment and new range that you gain after each round!⁠⠀
⁠*️⃣ I always like to end each session with diaphragmatic breathing in child’s pose with wide knees apart and big toes touching! This helps to reset our nervous system and release any tension in the low back and/or hips!⠀
