Simple dumbbell upper body workout requires a set of dumbbells which can be substituted by two water bottles (/milk bottles) filled with water or sand. The bench can also be substituted for a coffee table or you can also place your hand on a chair and both feet on the floor.

3️⃣ Half Arnold Press
4️⃣ Single Arm Row
5️⃣ Seated Tricep Extension
