Shredded ab workout 🏋🏽♂️🔥 I normally do this for 3-4 rounds, just depending on how i’m feeling. Shoot for 30 seconds on 60 seconds rest at the end!

2️⃣ Knees to chest w/ Leg raise
3️⃣ Reverse crunch w/ twist
4️⃣ Windshield wipers
5️⃣ Plate hold w/ kick
