Here is a lower body workout you can do at home, with or without equipment. You could do each exercise for 12-15 reps, for 3 sets. You could even do some more glute focused excuses at the end as a booty burner which can be done with or without equipment.

3️⃣ Step ups

4️⃣ Calf raises

5️⃣ Frog pumps

6️⃣ Single leg glute bridges
