This lil arms and core workout requires no equipment so it can be done anywhere!

1️⃣ Pushups – 5 sets, 5 reps (modify on knees if needed)⁣

2️⃣ Tricep presses – 4 sets, 5 reps each side⁣

3️⃣ Plank with shoulder taps – 3 sets, 12 reps⁣

4️⃣ Superman + lat squeeze – 4 sets, 8 reps⁣

5️⃣ Russian twists – 4 sets, 20 reps ⁣

6️⃣ Plank with oblique dips – 3 sets, 16 reps (8 each side)⁣

7️⃣ Dead bugs – 4 sets, 10 reps⁣ (i accidentally mislabeled im not an idiot i promise)
