2️⃣ Side Lunge with Oblique Crunch 10 each side x 4

3️⃣ Curls in Wall Sit Position 10 x 4

4️⃣ Bear Crawl Walk Outs 10 x 4

5️⃣ SA Clean and Press 10 each side x 4

6️⃣ Romanian deadlift with Curtsey Lunge 10 x 4

7️⃣ Plank Taps – Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes 5 x 4

8️⃣ Lying Chest Press 8 x 4
