Here is my full body warmup that I do at the beginning of my workouts 😊 Mobilise, move and get the blood flowing…

30-60 seconds on each exercise

1️⃣ Walk outs

2️⃣ Hip Opener

3️⃣ T spine Rotation

4️⃣ Active Down Dog

5️⃣ Overhead Reverse Lunge

6️⃣ Gorilla squat

7️⃣ 1 1/4 jump squat
