Death By Burpees workout – yep that’s right and you’re welcome. Hate burpees? This is an even better reason to do this workout. Remember, the things you suck at, need working on✌️💪🏼 So here are 2 options. BEGINNER & ADVANCED.

👨‍⚕️ Beginners do half of the reps.
👨‍🎓 Advanced and want to die? Go for 20 reps per exercise. Yep, that’s a total of 200 burpees. You’re welcome. So let’s get into it. Don’t forget to comment your final time below 👇🏼

1️⃣ Single arm burpees – 10 reps on each side.

2️⃣ Burpee press-ups x 20 reps.

3️⃣ Side jump burpees x 20 reps.

4️⃣ Wide jump burpees x 20 reps.

5️⃣ Punching burpees (4 punches) x 20 reps.

6️⃣ Mountain climber burpees (4 mnt climbers) x 20 reps.

7️⃣ 1/2 burpee x 20 reps.

8️⃣ Side to side burpees x 20reps.

9️⃣ T burpees x 20 reps.

🔟 Breakdancer burpees x 20 reps.
