Heyoooo!! 💛 Here’s an awesome all bodyweight chest and tris workout. If you don’t have weights at home but still want a good pump, this is for you 😈

Chest:

1️⃣ Tempo hand realease push ups 3-4 sec
2️⃣ Hops to push up and inch worm
3️⃣ Feet elevated push ups
4️⃣ Down dog to push up

20 sec on, 10 sec off
Repeat in circuit style for 6 rounds
90 rest rest between muscle groups

Tris:

1️⃣ Tempo dips 2 sec
2️⃣ Close grip push ups
3️⃣ BW tri extension with close feet

20 sec on, 10 sec off
Repeat in circuit style for 6 rounds
