1️⃣ Plank jack commandos
2️⃣ Diamond jumps
3️⃣ Squat knee / squat kick
4️⃣ Plank rainbows
5️⃣ Counter balance squats

Do 40s on, 10s off for 5 rounds, with 60s rest between each round!!
