Do each exercise and take 30 sec REST between each exercise or use this exercise before your leg day.

1️⃣ Two way leg kick with miniband 15 (each side) x 3

2️⃣ Flooer bridge (knee bent 45 deg ) 20 x 3

3️⃣ Super clams 15 x 3

4️⃣ Airborne lunge 12 (each side) x 3

5️⃣ Donkey kicks with bands 25 (each side) x 3

6️⃣ Unilaterial box squat 15 slow 3 sec tempo x 4
