Here is the Booty band workout I did yesterday! Glutes are probably the body part I train the least as I don’t enjoy it as much! However I’m going to make a conscious effort from now on to train them more often 🔥

1️⃣ Pulse squats 25×3

2️⃣ Squat walks 25×2

3️⃣ Curtsy lunges 20×3

4️⃣ Sumo Banded squats 25×3

5️⃣ Good mornings 20×3

6️⃣ Reverse froggies 20×3

7️⃣ Fire hydrant into donkey kick back 20×3 (each leg)

8️⃣ Glute bridge with 2 abductions 30×3

9️⃣ Squat jumps with 2 pulses 20×3
