Ready or not, summer is just around the corner and my quarantine snacks were getting the best of me 🤦🏼‍♀️. These past few weeks I’ve been kicking my butt with these arms and abs workout!💦⁣

I usually pair two circuits together, 8 rounds total, 45min workout.🔥⁣

No equipment needed for this one!⁣



1️⃣ Jack knives 20x ⁣

2️⃣ Mountain climbers 60x ⁣

3️⃣ Tricep dips 20x ⁣

4️⃣ Spider mans 20x ⁣

5️⃣ Lay down cross abs 20x ⁣

Repeat 4 rounds! ⁣
