I usually pair two circuits together, 8 rounds total, 45min workout.🔥
No equipment needed for this one!
1️⃣ Jack knives 20x
2️⃣ Mountain climbers 60x
3️⃣ Tricep dips 20x
4️⃣ Spider mans 20x
5️⃣ Lay down cross abs 20x
Repeat 4 rounds!
