Hola lovelies! Today I bring you this 30 min Abs workout that you can easily do at home on its own or to add to your daily routines to help tone your abs!

1️⃣ Modified cross mountain climber 3 x 5/leg

2️⃣ Lifted pike compression 3 x 10/leg

3️⃣ Plank 3 x 1 min

4️⃣ Leg raises 3 x 10

5️⃣ Plank with hip dips 3 x 30 secs

6️⃣ Raised crunch 3 x 15

Top tips:
✅ Spine in a neutral position
✅ Core tight
✅ 1-2 min rest between exercises and 30 secs between sets
✅ Pause if you feel like your form is not right – rest is crucial!
