2️⃣ Standing side crunch x 15 / side⁣

3️⃣ Standing leg press x 10 / side + extensions x 10 / side ⁣

4️⃣ Repeat on the other side 👆🏻⁣

5️⃣ Knee to shoulder + extend x 15 / side ⁣

6️⃣ Plank cross knee + extend x 15 / side⁣
